Ticketing System

Now, clients who purchase the pro plan of YOROCRM can enjoy the ticketing system as an additional feature.

  • Navigate to the Administration section and select Ticket Administration.  
  • Within this section, you’ll find various restrictions, such as the ability to create a ticket from any mail or from YoroCRM or Yorodesk licenses.  
  • By using the enable feature, you can specify the desired conditions.  
  • Moreover, there is an automation element that allows you to create custom automations.
