- To open the Notification Center, click on the notification pop-out icon located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- The Notification Center provides access to multiple communication channels, including: Live Chat, SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and Calls.
- Users can click on any notification to navigate directly to the related Task Board for further action.
