- To integrate the email server, navigate to My Settings.
- Go to Email Settings and click on Add new.
A popup window will appear; select your email server.
- For Outlook: Simply click Sign in with Microsoft.
- Now, Outlook will be configured successfully.
- For Gmail: Provide the Setting Name, Username, and Password.
- To retrieve your password:
- Go to Profile and click on Security.
- In the search bar, type App Password and navigate to App Password.
- Enter the App name and click Create.
- Copy the generated password.
- Click Done.
- Finally, paste your password again, enable the toggle to read email, and click Test Connect followed by Save.
