To integrate Aircall application with Yoroflow #
- Download Aircall desktop application and create your account.
- Log in to Yoroflow.
- Go to the Administration menu.
- Select the Manage Organization tab.
- Click on Integrated Apps.
- Find Aircall in the list and click Sign in with SSO.
- A pop-up window will appear requesting authorization to access your call information. Click Authorize.
- Next you need to select the numbers for tickets creation.
- Click Add numbers.
- Choose the numbers you want to use for creating tickets.
- Click Confirm and then Add numbers.
- Your Aircall application is now integrated with your Yoroflow account.
Using Aircall in Yoroflow #
- Navigate to the contact details menu and select the contact you wish to call.
- On the contact page, click the Phone icon to start a call.
- Choose the Aircall icon from the list of integrated applications.
- You will see two options for making a call: Direct Call and Deal/Campaign.
- By selecting the “Direct Call” option, you can initiate a direct call to the contact.
- By selecting the “Deal/Campaign” option, you can establish a connection with the contact associated with a specific Deal or Campaign board. Call history will be added to the corresponding board.
- Select either Direct Call or Deal/Campaign option.
- A pop-up window will show the number associated with Aircall account.
- Select the number to proceed.
- Select Aircall as the application to make the call.
- The call will be established successfully.
- Check the call history under the Activity tab.
