Add Task #
- Once the board is successfully created, you can create a card as well by selecting the “Add Task” option from the Task Board Column and choose to add Task Manually.
- You can create task using card properties like Task Title, and description.
- Then, click Save & Close button to save the task as a card.
- You can also see the ‘Current Status’ before assigning the task to others along with the specific date (Start and Due Date) using a calendar like this.
- At the same time, you can move the task in terms of the task board status (Ex: Waiting on, Open, Pending, etc).
- While assigning the task, you can directly assign it to Available Users through Search Bar or assign it to Selected Users as shown in the below screen.
- Moreover, you can add and apply a Add New Label if that is required for your card.
Add Task Through AI
- Click Add Task and select Add Task Through YoroAI.
- Upload supporting documents from YoroDrive as needed.
- In the AI Prompt text box, describe your project or tasks clearly.
- Click Generate Tasks.
- YoroAI will generate a list of related tasks. Select the ones you want to proceed with.
- Use the Grid or List view options to customize how tasks are displayed.
- Click Map Tasks.
- Map the relevant form fields for your selected tasks, then click Create Tasks.
- The tasks will now be created successfully.
Custom Task Board Views #
To create and save custom card views with filters in Kanban Board, Grid, List, and Sidebar Analytics:
- Click the Filter icon located at the top-right corner of the page.
- Select the desired filters you want to apply.
- Click the Default View button, then select Create New View.
- In the confirmation pop-up, click Yes, Create to proceed.
- Enter a name for your new view and click Save.
- Once saved, you can easily switch between different saved views as needed.
