Invite Users

After the domain creation, Admin can allow the users with this feature.

Invite Users #
  • In the User Management tab, there is an Invite Users option available.
  • To invite users, enter the Login Email, First Name, Last Name, Contact Mobile Number and click the Invite User button.

To import users in bulk for invitations: 

  • Click the “Import” button located in the top-right corner of the User Management page. 
  • Select “Download User Template.” 
  • From the pop-up, choose the required License and License Roles from the drop-down menus. 
  • Click “Download” to get the template file. 
  • Open the downloaded template file and provide the necessary user details, such as: First Name, Last Name, Login Mail, License, Teams, and Roles. 
  • Save the updated file after entering all the details. 
  • Go back to the User Management page and click “Import User.” 
  • Select the updated template file and click “Open.” 
  • If the data is entered correctly, a pop-up will confirm that users were “Imported and Invited Successfully.” 
  • In case of any issues, the system will display an error message specifying the problem. Common errors include: 
  • Duplicate entries in the import file. 
  • Repeated contacts within the sheet. 
  • Invalid email IDs. 
  • Missing mandatory fields like First Name, Last Name, Login Email, License, or Roles.
