Inactivate Specific User #
- In User Management, select the user(s) you want to inactivate.
- Click the Inactivate User button located at the top-right corner of the menu bar.
- If any selected users have a Supervisor role, a pop-up window will appear showing:
- The list of supervisor users
- Their associated reporting users
- For each supervisor, choose one of the following options:
- Transfer the role and responsibilities to another user, or
- Remove the reporting users without transferring ownership
- Click Confirm & Complete Reassignment to finish the process.
Reactivate Specific User #
- To reactivate the user, enter the Login Email, First Name, Last Name, Contact Mobile Number and click the Reactivate User button.
