Inactivate/Reactivate Users

Inactivate Specific User #
  • In User Management, select the user(s) you want to inactivate. 
  • Click the Inactivate User button located at the top-right corner of the menu bar. 
  • If any selected users have a Supervisor role, a pop-up window will appear showing:
    • The list of supervisor users 
    • Their associated reporting users 
  • For each supervisor, choose one of the following options: 
    • Transfer the role and responsibilities to another user, or 
    • Remove the reporting users without transferring ownership 
  • Click Confirm & Complete Reassignment to finish the process. 
Reactivate Specific User #
  • To reactivate the user, enter the Login Email, First Name, Last Name, Contact Mobile Number and click the Reactivate User button.
